Ensuring efficient workshop loading while delivering outstanding customer service. Identifying and promoting additional work, including service plans and special offers. Acting as a key point of contact between customers and the workshop team. What We''re Looking For Previous experience as a Service Advisor within a dealership environment. Knowledge of Kerridge, 1Link, Pinnacle, or similar DMS systems. A proven ability to upsell products or services. A full, valid UK manual driving licence (subject to driver checks). A positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a desire to deliver excellent service.
