We''re looking for a dedicated Junior Sous Chef to join our talented culinary team. You''ll support exceptional food service for our new immersive experience celebrating the life and work of Elvis Presley - ELVIS EVOLUTION. Based at the ExCel London, you''ll take full responsibility for kitchen and food preparation areas, assist the Head Chef, supervise the Back of House areas, and more!

What we''re looking forProven experience as a Chef De Partie/Junior Sous Chef equivalent role with a strong culinary backgroundDemonstrated skill in preparing a diverse range of high-quality dishes.Strong organisational and time-management skillsIn-depth knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulationsA creative approach to menu planning and presentationWillingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekendGenuine interest and enthusiasm for working in the events industry
