Ivy Resource Group are currently looking to hire a Contracts Manager for a leading Painting and Decorating Contractor, to join their company on a permanent basis in Oxford. The company:Our client works with many of the leading new build housing developers across the South East and West of England. They have just been awarded several new large contracts in Oxfordshire and as such, they are looking to recruit an experienced Contracts Manager on a permanent basis to help deliver these schemes. Key Responsibilities:Manage multiple painting and decorating contracts on new build housing sitesCoordinate with site managers, main contractors, and internal teams to ensure projects run smoothlyOversee labour resources, ensuring sufficient workforce and performance standards are metEnsure works are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standardsMonitor progress and prepare reports for senior management and clientsEnsure health and safety compliance across all sitesAttend site meetings and resolve any on-site issues promptlyManage materials ordering and delivery schedules Requirements:Proven experience as a Contracts Manager or Site Manager in the painting and decorating or wider construction industryStrong understanding of the new build housing sectorExcellent leadership and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneouslyFull UK driving licenceCSCS card (Black/Gold card desirable)SMSTS or SSSTS certification preferred Benefits ..... full job details .....
