Responsibilities

Assist in developing the technical knowledge on the support team with a real passion for IT and providing outstanding customer service.Act as an escalation point for the Service Desk team.Occasional visits to customer sites will be required.Support career progression into a Senior Project role as the company grows through acquisitions.

Qualifications

Previous experience in either an MSP support desk or field/customer facing roleIn-depth knowledge Windows Server 2012/2016/2019, Windows 11-10 OSO365 tenant setup and administrationSharePoint administrationHyper-VAD/AzureAD, Group Policy administration (DNS/DHCP)Good networking knowledge – routers, switchesHands-on experience with firewalls (ideally Draytek, Meraki)Full UK Drivers licence – essentialDesirable: recognised Microsoft certifications, PowerShell scripting, and network security technologies.
