LMS is one of three directly funded MRC research institutes and enjoys close links with our partners at Imperial College London and at the Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust.About the roleThe role covers a diverse People and Culture activities, with a strong focus on the employee experience, especially during recruitment and onboarding, providing operational support and guidance to a wide range of internal and external stakeholders. The role includes a range of people management matters including recruitment, absence management, immigration, and parental leave.
