2nd/3rd Line Support Engineer

Our client, a global organisation, urgently require an experienced 2nd/3rd Line Support Engineer to join their team on a permanent basis.In order to be successful, you will have the following experience:Experienced in 2nd and 3rd line systems supportExperienced within databases, networks, systems security, backup and patch managementTech: MS Azure, MS Server, Office 365, UNIX/Linux environments, VMwareMUST be able to obtain SC Clearance (candidates with SC will be prioritised)Within this role, you will be responsible for:Providing 2nd and 3rd line support to head office and deployed systemsBuild, maintain and troubleshoot rapidly expanding infrastructureDeploy, configure, maintain and monitor all active network equipment to ensure seamless network operationsLiaise with internal departments to ensure systems issues are resolvedEnsure that SLA''s are met across the teamWork with 3rd party technology suppliers when requiredThis represents an excellent opportunity to secure a permanent position within a high profile and rapidly growing organisationPeople Source Consulting Ltd is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
