£120,000+ (dependent on experience)About the RoleOur client, a thriving top 20 PR agency, is seeking a Senior Director to lead and drive growth across their Corporate Communications and Reputation practice. This is a pivotal role for a proven agency leader who excels in high-energy, opportunity-rich environments and is motivated by delivering outstanding results for clients and teams alike.About the Role:The agency has consistently outperformed market expectations, securing significant new business and expanding its influence across multiple sectors. As Senior Director, you will play a central role in shaping the agency’s future — identifying and capitalising on growth opportunities, cultivating high-performing teams, and delivering best-in-class counsel to senior clients. You will have the autonomy and resources to make a tangible impact, working alongside some of the industry’s most respected professionals. The environment is dynamic, collaborative, and entrepreneurial; initiative and ambition are welcomed and rewarded.Key ResponsibilitiesAs a leader in the business you would be responsible for growing corporate clients, setting strategic direction and ensuring exceptional client delivery.Identify and secure new business opportunities, building on the agency’s strong market reputation.Act as a senior advisor to C-suite and board-level clients, providing counsel on complex communications and reputation challenges.Foster a culture of collaboration, development, and high performance across the team.Stay ahead of industry trends, ensuring the agency remains at the forefront of best practice and innovation.About YouSubstantial experience in a leading PR agency environment is essential , with clear delivery at Director or Senior Director level.Demonstrable track record of driving business growth - whether by winning new clients, expanding existing accounts, or developing new service lines.Expertise in corporate communications and reputation management; sector specialism or a strong interest in a particular area is welcomed but not essential.Proven ability to lead, inspire, and develop teams in a fast-paced, high-growth setting.A natural collaborator, with the gravitas and credibility to advise senior stakeholders and clients.Comfortable operating in an environment where people say yes to opportunity and thrive on challenge.Working PatternThis role is based in Central London, with a minimum of three days per week in the agency’s central office.
