Liberty Recruitment Group is thrilled to be partnering with a highly regarded local employer who truly values their people, to recruit a Part time HR Advisor, based in Southampton on a fixed-term contract until September 2026. This is a brilliant opportunity to join a supportive, values-driven organisation where people and culture are at the heart of everything they do. As HR Advisor, you ll provide hands-on HR support across the business, guiding Line Managers on everything from onboarding and employee relations to performance management, and talent development. You ll also play a key role in shaping the organisation s HR strategies, embedding culture and values across all teams. What you ll be doing: Employee Relations casework - conduct, capability, grievances, probationary reviews and performance management Advice and guidance on absence management - long and short-term sickness, flexible working and sabbaticals Developing the Wellbeing programme across the business to ensure it remains high on our agenda The potential to create, develop and maintain HR practices and policies, to support our People strategy may also be required What we re looking for: Minimum 3 years generalist HR experience CIPD Level 5 qualified Confident, approachable, and passionate about supporting people and developing talent This is a fantastic chance to make a real difference in a collaborative environment, with a supportive team and a focus on employee wellbeing.
