The Client Account Executive delivers excellent service to a designated set of priority clients across

Beauty ,

Travel ,

Tech

and

Automotive . They will oversee the client’s commercial activities within the company, including 360 partnership campaigns, and are responsible for overseeing activations from pitch to completion.

Responsibilities

Ensure all advertiser requests are met in a timely and clear manner

Analyse incoming advertiser briefs and strategise the most effective response with other stakeholders. Brief-dependent: minimal response is providing a topline budget feasibility; maximum is working on a media plan, collaborating with relevant teams (creative strategy, project management, production, etc)

Plan (integrated and digital) media and partnership proposals, determining appropriate deliverables matching the agreed creative strategy, allocating budgets, and setting KPI goals to meet Hearst’s commercial targets

Build understanding of past campaign performance to inform recommendations for new proposals

Support on chasing IOs, ensuring these are accurate and reflect the media plan as required

Ensure campaign delivery through regular reporting and communication on performance with key internal and external contacts

Support on Post-Campaign Analysis, influencing the campaign narrative and providing provocation for future advertiser spend

Day-to-day tasks include: tracking media planners for digital display takeovers and newsletter activity for pitches, and checking inventory across all proposed elements on the media plan with internal stakeholders

Additional duties as your skills, qualifications and experience allow or as may be assigned from time to time
