As a Business Systems Analyst, you will be at the forefront of bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions. You will maintain and optimise our core banking system (Finastra – Equation), ensuring its availability and functionality. Collaborating closely with stakeholders, you will identify opportunities for improvement while providing essential support for application and system enhancements. Your analytical mindset will empower you to translate complex requirements into effective solutions, driving our success forward.Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a banking or financial services environment.Proficiency in IBM iSeries, specifically OS/400, RPG400, and SQL.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present data effectively.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering collaboration across teams.Experience in developing solutions within the financial sector with a methodical approach to problem-solving.Benefits
