OverviewKido is hiring a Level 3 Early Years Educator to join our team at 2 Palmer Road, London SW11 4GJ. The role is full-time (40 hours per week) with a salary up to £28,750; part-time hours can be accommodated on request. We are an international nursery group operating in India, the USA and the UK. In the UK, all our nurseries are Ofsted rated Good and Outstanding and are based in London and Windsor. We blend Montessori, Reggio Emilia and Waldorf Steiner approaches with a unique curriculum for children aged 3 months to 5 years. We believe that a combination of free and structured play, an engaging learning environment, and plenty of love, care and attention provide the strongest foundation for children’s early years. ResponsibilitiesAs a Level 3 Early Years Educator, you’ll be more than just an Educator — you’ll be an ambassador for our values and a key contributor to our culture. Your primary focus will be creating a safe and inspiring learning environment where every child thrives. You’ll work as part of a team to plan, organise and deliver engaging activities that align with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS). You’ll communicate effectively with parents, children and colleagues to deliver the best experience. You’ll utilise indoor and outdoor spaces, observe and assess your key children, and work with the child, colleagues and parents to set individualised goals. You’ll contribute to observing and recording progress and celebrate milestones using our observation systems, ensuring no milestone goes unnoticed. You’ll celebrate each child’s unique journey and support a nurturing environment that respects diversity, including background, culture, disabilities and medical history. You’ll be flexible, open to feedback and committed to helping us push the boundaries of excellence in early years education.
