This role is a temporary ongoing position, offering a competitive hourly rate. You will provide essential support across various HR functions, ensuring effective employee relations and compliance with HR standards.Day-to-day of the role:Provide guidance on performance management, absence management, and other employee relations matters.Assist in resolving staff queries and concerns, ensuring fair and consistent HR practices.Support in managing employee relations cases in line with organisational standards.Act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries, offering advice in line with employment law and best practices.Collaborate with departments to enhance staff well-being and engagement.Identify training needs and coordinate learning and development activities.Advise on available learning opportunities and support employee skill development.Maintain accurate employee records, ensuring compliance with GDPR and other regulations.Generate reports to monitor HR metrics and trends.Support the embedding of compliance and safeguarding culture, adhering to policies and guidelines.Ensure alignment of HR processes with safeguarding standards and promote equality and diversity.Required Skills and Qualifications:Proven experience in HR advisory or a similar role.Strong understanding of employment law and HR best practices.Excellent ..... full job details .....
