The Role As a Property Mechanical Supervisor, you will oversee mechanical works across the property portfolio, supervising the installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing, heating, and mechanical systems. You will lead in-house engineers and coordinate contractors, ensuring planned and reactive works are completed effectively and in line with safety and compliance requirements.
