You will take ownership of the day-to-day running of the Customer Service Centre, keeping jobs moving, clients informed, and resources deployed quickly and effectively. You ll thrive on pace, problem-solving, and responsibility, bringing strong helpdesk and scheduling experience along with a proactive, solutions-led mindset.In return, our client is offering a salary of up to £38,000 P/A, depending on experience, plus This is a full-time, permanent.
