42 hrs per weekWorkplace description: This charming village hotel situated in the Cotswolds boasts individually styled rooms with free Wi-Fi, a TV, and an en suite bathroom.Its stylish restaurant has held an AA Rosette for over 10 years.Main duties and responsibilities:Directing the food preparation process and delegating tasksCooking and preparing high-quality dishesAssisting the Head Chef to create menu items and recipes and developing dishesSupervising all kitchen stationsSupervising, motivating and working closely with other Chefs of all levelsBeing responsible for health and safetyBeing responsible for food hygiene practicesEnsuring food quality and excellent standards are maintained for all dishes createdAssisting with determining food inventory needs, stocking and orderingEnsuring the kitchen meets all regulations including sanitary and food safety guidelinesEssential criteria:

You will have experience of:Working in a hotel to a very high standard using only fresh ingredients.Ability to work a variety of shifts on a rotaHave a passion for and genuine interest in foodHave a mature and pleasant mannerBe a team playerBe able to work under pressure in a busy kitchenImportant Notes:1.
