Agile Delivery Manager

6-month Contract

London (Hybrid)

£450/day Inside IR35

We’re seeking an experienced Agile Delivery Manager to lead cross-functional teams across multiple projects, ensuring successful delivery in line with Government Digital Service (GDS) standards.

This is a hybrid role with 1 day per week required on-site in either London or Leeds. SC clearance eligibility is required, with an immediate start date in August 2025.

Key Skills and experience:

• Strong experience in Agile delivery management, focusing on user-centered, iterative, and data-driven approaches
• Solid knowledge of Agile frameworks including Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe
• Demonstrable experience delivering projects to GDS standards, including passing GDS service assessments
• Deep understanding of Government Digital Service (GDS) principles, including user-centered design, agile delivery, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams in fast-paced delivery environments
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely to varied audiences
• Skilled in identifying and resolving delivery challenges to ensure project timelines and quality are maintained
• Experience working with public sector organisations or government departments
