Requirements

Proven experience as a Pre-Construction Manager in commercial fit-out or workplace/laboratory interiors, ideally within design-build environments

Strong knowledge of cost planning, risk management, health & safety, building services (MEP), and compliance across the pre-construction lifecycle

Excellent collaborative skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with design, engineering, procurement, and stakeholder teams

Capability to manage multiple projects concurrently while maintaining clarity on scope, budget, timing, and quality deliverables

Commitment to ESG principles and sustainable construction practices

Professional qualifications such as MRICS, APM, or equivalent are advantageous but not essential with a strong track record and commercial awareness
