Guest Service Agent

We are looking for a friendly, motivated, and professional Guest Service Agent to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a key role in creating a warm and welcoming environment while delivering outstanding customer service. Greet guests with a positive, friendly attitude and ensure a seamless check-in and check-out experience
Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally
Manage reservations, cancellations, and no-shows efficiently using the property management system
Provide accurate information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
Process payments and maintain accurate records of transactions
Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest needs are met
Maintain a tidy and organized reception area
Uphold hotel policies, safety procedures, and security standards
Assist with concierge duties as needed (e.g., booking taxis, recommending restaurants, etc.)?Requirements:
Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred but not essential
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong multitasking and organizational skills
Ability to stay calm under pressure and handle challenging situations gracefully
Basic computer literacy; experience with hotel reservation systems is a plus
