Key Responsibilities
Customer Support and Engagement:
Respond to customer queries, ensure satisfaction, and proactively identify areas for improvement.
Upselling and Growth:
Analyze customer data to uncover business opportunities and drive product adoption.
Automation and Technical Enhancements:
Implement automation tasks across the CMS and support platforms to boost efficiency.
Sales and Marketing Collaboration:
Assist in streamlining funnels from prospecting to conversion.
Industry and Product Expertise:
Stay up to date with trends, best practices, and technical updates to support clients effectively.
Cross-Functional Alignment:
Work closely with Product, Sales, and Technology teams to refine the customer success strategy.
Who You Are
Customer-focused:
Strong relationship management and communication skills.
Technically inclined:
Experience with CMS/support platforms or a willingness to learn.
Data-driven:
Ability to analyze customer data and identify opportunities.
Problem-solver:
Quick thinking, adaptable, and proactive.
2+ years in Customer Success/Technical Support
or a
graduate eager to learn
in a fast paced tech environment.
