Nordic Balance, a leading provider of exceptional therapeutic care in Southwest London, with clinics in Central London (SW1), Battersea (SW11), Clapham (SW4), and Wimbledon (SW19), seeks a highly motivated and experienced Clinical Lead Physiotherapist to join our team. In this critical role, you will play an integral part in fostering a culture of clinical excellence and continuous improvement. You will serve as a vital link between our management team and our team of over 30 dedicated therapists, empowering them to deliver industry-leading patient care.Clinical Lead Physiotherapist Job, Full-Time, On-Site Leadership Role

Responsibilities:Provide mentorship and guidance to the therapy team.Ensure seamless implementation of the “Perfect Experience” throughout the patient journey.Monitor and evaluate clinical performance, providing coaching and support to therapists.Optimise therapist schedules and contribute to the onboarding process for new team members.Cultivate relationships with referring doctors and partners to expand our network.Champion professional development opportunities for the therapy team.Foster a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment within the team.Stay abreast of industry trends and proactively identify opportunities for improvement.Qualifications:Demonstrated leadership and communication skills within a clinical setting.Deep understanding of the therapy field and best practices.Unwavering commitment to providing the highest level of patient care.Proactive problem-solving skills and a passion for innovation.Desire to contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.This is a full-time, employed position (40 hours per week).Competitive salary of up to £55k per year, plus a performance-based bonus.An annual training fund of £1000 to support your professional development.Comprehensive benefits package, including pension and statutory holiday pay.Access to and engagement with a dynamic management team where you’re a crucial element of delivering a perfect patient experience, across a team of over 30 therapists.The opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of both your team and our patients.Important:
