The Opportunity This is a senior HR Business Partner role supporting the Disputes and Corporate and Commercial Practice Groups. Acting as a trusted adviser to the Group Leaders (who sit on the firm''s board) and Partner Team Leads, the Senior HR Manager will lead on all people-related matters across the groups. Key responsibilities include: Partnering with Group Leaders to shape and deliver people strategy, workforce planning and development plans Acting as a senior, credible adviser to Partners on complex and sensitive people matters Leading annual performance, promotion, salary and bonus review processes, ensuring consistency and appropriate challenge Driving talent management and succession planning initiatives aligned to firm strategy Overseeing headcount planning and tracking against budget Managing and resolving a broad range of employee relations matters, including investigations, disciplinary and grievance processes Providing commercially focused employment law advice and coordinating external legal input where required Supporting change management and restructuring activity Line managing and ..... full job details .....
