The Institute (Circa 3 months)The BT Academy (Circa 18 months)Your first 3 months will be spent in The Institute, where you will learn core consulting skills and gain a broad understanding of Capgemini Invent in a feedback-rich environment. You will work on a project team, build relationships across the organization, and develop consulting skills, tools and methodologies.Your role
As an Associate Consultant, you will have the opportunity to work on large-scale transformation programmes, ensure end-to-end project delivery, work flexibly, demonstrate intellectual capability, and deliver innovative solutions for clients.Your Day-to-day Tasks Can Vary From:Defining transformation strategiesManaging positive client relationshipsSupporting agile deliveryUnderstanding how complex services fit within a client’s wider businessYour profile
