This is an in-office role; the Junior Business Development team works from our central Brighton offices 5 days per week. Start date: 20 October 2025.What You\''ll Be Doing
The Capital on Tap Sales Academy is a six-month training program that equips you to sell our award-winning business card to UK businesses. It\''s ideal for those starting a sales career, combining learning and growth. You\''ll learn about our product, customers, and sales techniques, while gaining insights into the payments industry and business finance. You\''ll shadow top performers, interact with various teams, and work towards targets. Finally, you will focus on applying your knowledge, managing your portfolio, and refining your pitch, with the opportunity to advance to Business Development Manager.Sourcing leads to build and manage your pipelineMaking 30-50 outbound cold calls per dayManaging customer accounts and driving card spendWorking towards and hitting targetsWe\''re Looking For
