Our clientOur client, a fast-growing insurance business, is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel to join their legal team. The role involves a wide range of legal work within a high-performing, close-knit team. The position reports to the General Counsel and may include management responsibilities. It can be based remotely with occasional travel to the office.Key responsibilities:Provide expert legal advice and support, focusing on personal lines insurance products.Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, policy documents, and TOBAs.Advise on regulatory compliance, consumer protection, and data privacy issues.Support broader corporate, commercial, IP, and data protection matters.Potential management responsibilities for the successful candidate.Experience requirements:Qualified lawyer with 5+ years post-qualification experience.Experience in the insurance sector.Strong understanding of FCA regulations and insurance distribution rules.In-house experience preferred.Exceptional drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.Note:
