Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a broad spectrum of high-value and complex commercial contractsAdvising stakeholders across commercial, operational and strategic mattersInvestigating, managing and resolving disputesLiaising with external counsel on contentious issuesOverseeing company compliance and regulatory obligationsAssisting with redevelopment of company wide policies, procedures and precedentsDelivering legal training to the wider businessWider duties include advising in relation to commercial property, construction contracts, IP, and IT contractsThe Successful Applicant

The Legal Counsel should be:A solicitor (or equivalent) with 3+ years PQESkilled in high-value, complex commercial contracts is a mustExperienced (advantageous) in commercial property, construction, IP, or ITFamiliarity with manufacturing or defence sectors is a plus, though not essentialDue to the nature of the company, candidates will have to undergo security clearanceWhat\''s on Offer
