What You’ll Be Doing
Build and grow a £600k+ portfolio across new and existing financial services clients
Lead consultative conversations to design tailored learning programmes with in-house experts
Own the full sales cycle - from prospecting and pitching to negotiating and closing
Influence strategic direction through market insight and client feedback
What You’ll Bring
Proven success in consultative B2B sales, ideally in learning or financial services
Strong ability to open doors, build trust, and convert interest into long-term client relationships
Excellent written communication and pitch writing skills
Commercial drive with the ability to work autonomously and to revenue targets
