HR Manager - Part Time

Hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00am 2:00pm (some flexibility around this available) Type: Permanent, Part-Time Adore Recruitment is delighted to be working with a successful, family-run business based near Chelmsford to recruit an experienced Part-Time HR Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR professional who thrives in a hands-on, fast-paced environment and is looking for a part-time role with flexibility. The company has built a strong reputation in the warehouse and distribution sector, and is looking for someone who can confidently support and guide their HR function. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding Liaise with both internal teams and external agency staffing providers Ensure compliance with Health and Safety procedures and support regular audits Conduct staff inductions, appraisals, and performance reviews Develop and maintain training plans to support staff development Provide ongoing HR advice and support to management and staff Contribute to and lead on HR initiatives in line with business goals Requirements: Proven HR experience, ideally within a warehouse or distribution environment Strong understanding of HR processes including recruitment, compliance, and performance management Confident in dealing with agency staff and managing external staffing relationships CIPD qualified (Level 5 or higher preferred) Knowledge of employment law and HR best practices Strong ..... full job details .....
