Client Relationship Director, Capital Markets - 12 Months FTCOverviewThe One JLL Client Programme is our UK client relationship management programme, focused on our 20 most important client relationships. It enables us to drive long-term, profitable growth for all business lines, through excellent client service and engagement across our UK business.
The programme is embedded in business lines with central oversight, creating consistency across JLL, driving best practice client relationship management, and aligned to the global and UK growth plans. Investor, occupier and public sector clients are represented in the programme, with a clear focus on our most strategic and highest growth potential clients across the UK, with opportunity identified across multiple business lines.
The programme encompasses account management, client listening, training and development, financial and activity analysis and alignment with all JLL services, sales processes and campaigns.
The UK CRM Team actively collaborates with other functions including business lines, marketing (including client voice), business development, research, finance and learning and development.
Role purposeJLL is looking for a Client Relationship Director to shape and drive their client growth strategy with an emphasis on Capital Markets. This blended role will centre around three areas:
Shaping the UK investor client growth plan with the business
Aligning client growth plans across the EMEA and UK Capital Markets teams
Ensuring growth of One JLL Programme clients, including some Client Relationship Management (CRM) responsibilities.
Whilst opportunity and revenue growth should be reflected in Capital Markets, the role will be expected to support revenue and relationship growth across the breadth of JLL.
You will be both an enabler and leader for client relationship management, demonstrating subject matter expertise across the investor market and beyond, drawing on experience of leading growth activity and managing clients of varying levels of complexity.
The role will suit candidates who are strategic, entrepreneurial, enjoy working on multiple ongoing projects, are adept at collaborating with colleagues across different teams, and who have experience in strategy development and driving growth through account management.
You will balance a portfolio of principally Private Equity clients, alongside delivering an investor growth strategy. You will independently manage your time to reflect the opportunity and complexity of your clients and projects.
Key responsibilities
Partnering with the EMEA and UK heads of Capital Markets to identify growth potential, building go-to-market structure and governance to capitalize on the opportunity e.g. Private Equity.
Connecting with global teams to maximise UK revenue potential where relevant.
Influencing leaders to drive change, transformation and growth, including presenting at relevant senior leadership and board meetings.
Broaden the investor growth potential beyond Capital Markets, particularly for One JLL Programme clients by working closely with the REMS Client Relationship Director and the Leasing Advisory Client Relationship Manager.
Proactive use of data to inform decisions and drive change and improvements, helping the business to engage with data in a meaningful way.
Partnering with Relationship Leads to develop and execute account growth plans on nominated clients focused on profitable growth for Capital Markets and additional business lines.
Be across client and business information to ensure we understand client priorities and requirements, using this to inform client teams and evolving relevant account plans, leading with a One JLL perspective to identify innovative solutions.
Regular review of account strategies through core team meetings and client QBRs where relevant, identifying opportunities and evolving the account plan, and linking back to the overarching investor growth plans.
Proactively manage client feedback deliverables using the insights to drive change within the relationship.
Partner with JBS to identify efficiencies to support you and the team in driving account management best practice across One JLL Programme clients.
