As

Sous Chef

you will assist the Head Chef and Sous Chefs and management team in the day-to-day operations of the kitchen and play a key role in supervising and developing the brigade. You will ensure the highest standards of food preparation and delivery, as well as effective communication across all sections of the kitchen.

We are ideally looking for candidates who:Currently are Sous Chefs, or highly experienced Junior Sous Chef looking for their next promotionHave worked in high quality restaurants, experience within private members clubs an advantageAre passionate about delivering high quality dishes using the finest ingredientsAre able to effectively manage, motivate and lead a teamAre strong communicators and enjoy being part of a large team
